Horrible customer service from *********** staff members

I have received a bad customer service From their Mamelodi branch manager called Zanele Buthelezi and her staff. The level of incompetency and rudeness is beyond disgrace. They went to lengths of hanging up the phone while I was talking to them. I retuned appliances because they did not work in March till today the was no communication or feed back from them. When I called all I got was " im waiting for my senior manager to let me know what to do" they they hung up. So basically im paying for something that I don't have and the case is been treated poorly from all ends.
