Horrible customer service and LIES from Lewis eldorado park

BAAADDD customer service FROM THE STORE MANGER ELDORADO PARK LEWIS !!!!

They have no way of speaking to customers/clients They sit and gossip about clients in store

I have been approved for credit at LEWIS ELDORADO PARK 2 weeks ago and they still giving me a run around

Right after cancelling my order my deposit got brought to me at work I got a call from the store manager saying my items are in store would I like to open the application again? And I said yes then today the 13/09/2024 I received a call from the manger saying they "fighting" for me to get credit

How does that make sense???they fighting for me to get credit but I have been approved 2 weeks ago?? The store manager has no way of speaking to clients

My documents were apparently at the ***** department for 3 weeks? I've been running up and down to the store Getting calls from different sales people including the store manager but yet nothing was delivered His has been making promises from last week Sunday to deliver

How are unemployed people getting approved and delivery in the same day??yet I'm not???

This is the 5th time me and my wife is right in to hello petter and this issue is not being resolved!!! This is unacceptable!¡!!!!!!!!

I will not leave this here!!!!that's a promise
