Horrible customer service

Customer service at Lewis Eldorado Park needs some serious work. The Manager of the store Abi needs training on customer service. I requested for debit order to be removed and account has been paid in cash. 2 months later I'm sitting in the store requesting for a refund Mashini DJM division regional manager for an Authorisation code. Branch doesn't have data or airtime to call thus person.
