HOPELESS LEWIS STORE TZANEEN

I am so angry at LEWIS Tzaneen. Seriously why are they even open for business? They are the MOST *********** staff i have ever seen in my life. Head office Lewis should seriously investigate. I was told by Carol form customer care, that i should go into the Lewis store in Tzaneen just after 11am to get my refund, which was debited incorrectly. She told me ONLY to take my id with me to the store, and i will get refunded. Just to get there and be told i should have a bank statement also. Why? Why on earth do you need to see my statement? if the store manager knew how to do his job, he would also known that the refund could be done, with the id only. As Carol said, seriously get your act together, and REFUND ME!! i don't have time to be send from pillar to post. DEPOSIT IT INTO MY ACCOUNT ,useless, DONT BUY FROM THEM
