Home Visit at 7am in the morning

Can someone please assist me on this. Why does Lewis stores embarrass it's customers? Firstly I made payment arrangements with them to debit straight from my account and 3 tries of debit orders went successfully. No debit was made from my account which cost me to behind with payments. They called me yesterday and I told them I'll come to the store and not them waking my mother up at 7am in the morning asking for me? I mean if you can get me on my phone does that make me a *****? Why does Lewis have to come knocking as if you stole from them? Even the manger at the branch in vosloorus is so rude when you try to make her understand why you failed to pay and not that I'm saying I won't be able to pay but I just need a better arrangement as the previous one it's a bit steep now coz certain things changed. Can someone please assist with terms of customer rights
