Highly disappointed loyal customer

I am loyal customer for Bears, Lewis and Best electric stores for a very long time.

The service i received today was very poor and highly disappointing. A guy called Delani at Eshowe Lewis shows us very bad attitude he said: he can't help my mother cos she is unable to read and write we begged him for hour n half my mother become dizzy at that point she is diabetic.

2nd: same guy delivers the item at 20:39 right now at night.

3rd:He delivers the display item which has scratches.

If this matter is not attanded and resolved immediately i will never set my foot again in that store. Me, my family and my sorrounding community coz i always recommend Lewis and Bears because of their stylish n beautiful furniture.
