help to clear my name on credit bureau

I bought a flat screen 2013 by account I manage to pay the account because of my problem i fail to do consecutive payment then they took my account to debt collections company called vertex solution then I manage to pay that outstanding (2019 ) . I request paid up letter from there 2020 march other collection company called me about Lewis again . i try to talk to them and submit the proof and paid but nothing is happening . i check my credit score i find that my name is blacklisted
