Head offices of bearers not truthful and not trustworthy to there loyal customers

Bearers store moruleng pomises there customers that if the bring in more customers to buy at the store that particular customer would get 10% of whatever was bought. So I decide to take them up on the office and refer customers to the store and wen I inquired up my 10%its taken them so long to give it to me they send me from one person to the next head offices doesn't even do follow ups I ha e to keep calling to get there attention wen the store calls them they say everything is I. Order wen I call they say nothing has been done its beening over six months of them giving me a run around keep running back and forward with and they not helping with anything.
