Head office is also failing me

Prior on my last complaint that hasn't being attended till today .... im still waiting on my delivery and now the head office is failing me... they called me in the morning to say I will get my delivery 2day ... now it's 16h00 I'm calling the head office they request for my details and dropp the call how pathetic is this company
