My wife purchased Furniture on credit They told her to take insurance policy that is called loss of income cover. It never Stated that they only cover if you are being retrenched only. When my wife got dismissed she sent all her papers to the Store to claim and inform them that she lost her job only than the told her the cover is only for retrchment not when you dismissed.Now they harrassing her everyday to pay her installment even she is not working they say she must go to the loan Sharks and pay or else they taking the furniture.Can anyone advise on what to do?
