Harrassed

My grandfather bought a washing machine on credit last year November first payment was due December, I'm the one who is paying the account as they debit me,fast forward they didn't debit on agreed upon date and I was called, threatened that they will go to my house and take the machine and I need to do the payment soon,at that time I was af work the person who called me was Jabu from *Protea Glen Lewis* ,he then requested for my location saying he'll come where I am my privacy as a customer I felt was violated, 2 months down the line they fail to debot on the exact date the account is in arrears, I decide to pay 500 and the outstanding 1000 month end but I'm being harrassed they come to my house at 7.30 for collection threatening that they will take the machine .

I dont have a problem with paying but the debit order should go through on dates agreed on,and they must stop calling in the morning and showing up to my house every now and then with threats.
