harrased by Lewis consultants

<p>25/04/2016 I Visisted lewis shop for window shoping , i was proposed to open an account , i explained thet im on contract , b ut was told its not a problem , only i shouldnt mention it during the head office managers interview..so i did open and pay my installments as promised . September 2016 my contract ended and i went to report as i was paying for insurance which they promised me it should cover me should anything happen to my contract. Andile Chawe said i should submit UI19 /PAYSLIP/LETTER FROM THE EMPLOYER , of which i did and later in two week after that i recieved an sms confirming that my claim is being processed . 08/02/2017 i recieved a call fro the shop by Sbu who demanded that i pay the instalments. i tried to explain that i had already submitted the claim since my contract eneded ,he was rude and harrassing. my question is why was i made to pay for the insurence and later being harrassed by employees</p>
