Harassment from lewis

Lewis stores has been harassing my mother for years now and she is a pensioner they send their rude people to harass us at home the account is under my mother's name does the national consumer credit act allow shops such as lewis to give credit to pensioners and to harass them if they can't pay my mom does not afford to pay for the item anymore and when we tell them to repossess the item they do not take it but they forcing my mom to pay and honestly we will not pay because we have been harassed and humiliated by your people from lewis.
