Harassment and ******* motives

We have a massive problem with Lewis in Sabie, Mpumalanga, or more so with the staff that work there.

Late last year my girlfriend and I decided to purchase a bed and fridge, all went well. In March this year we decided to buy a kitchen unit. All went well until I lost my job and my girlfriend took strain in making the repayments (R1100/month). Ontop of that, she is also 39 weeks pregnant and on maternity leave. On the 19th of September 2019, a Lewis van stopped at our house, the occupants were Joey, and the driver. This Joey demanded a cash payment on the spot, and when my girlfriend said we dont have the money at the time (it wasn't payday yet), Joey DEMANDED that the driver take my girlfriend to a loan shark to borrow R500 at 50% interest. My girlfriend said Lewis could take the kitchen unit, but Joey demanded a cash payment. Ok, the loan shark gave her R500 of which she handed over to Joey. Joey wrote a receipt dated 19/08/2019 (the wrong date).

Now, today, because my girlfriend had to pay the loan shark R750 back, and running around trying to get things ready for our child's birth, she couldn't make the R1100 payment at Lewis. This Joey decides to call the loan shark herself and tell him to lend my girlfriend R1100. Well, my girlfriend refused this. And just a few days ago, this Joey sees my girlfriend in our neighborhood and loudly asks my girlfriend when is she making a payment, stressing and embarrassing her more.

Lewis, I want a formal investigation into this matter. What this Joey is doing is ******* and really, she has damaged your company name already in the year Ive lives in this beautiful town. IF SHE CONTINUES TO HARRASS MY GIRLFRIEND, I WILL NOT HESITATE TO SEEK LEGAL ADVICE. This woman needs to be seriously reprimanded, and if you want witnesses, I will be more than happy to divulge that info privately.
