Had more than enough im fed up.

I wanna know how can i take this matter further coz i bought my cupboards about 3 years ago and i still owe more thn 8k yet the stuff is broken coz its chipboard and i pay it every month but when i ask them 2 replace or fix it atleast they tell me they gonna send someone out and its a year now yet they never send someone everytime i go in and ask them if they can come fix it or so they just say yes they will send someone out and i dont think its fair coz i pay alot of money for this cheap chipboard stuff i dont think its fair that i must still pay for this stuff yet i still pay coz i dont wanna be blacklisted but lewis disobey me they just dont wanna come fix or replace it with better im dik of this **** this stuff look like **** for the money im paying im really dik of lewis i would like 2 take this matter futher. Just because im young they think im stupid. But im good enough 2 pay them every month for this 3 years.
