Groblersdal Lewis Stores ripping us off

My name is Tumi, I have a problem with Lewis store at Groblersdal.

I took a bed set on credit, I had an employment challenge and arranged with them to pay a certain amount and they agreed.

I recently found employment since June this year and I have been paying my installment to catch up.

Now the balance on my erreas and capital amount has not changed. When I asked the reason why, no one is willing to assist and their explanation it's not clear.

So I decided that I will not pay until this issue it's sorted by their head office as the local office it's frustrating me.

Now they are calling me daily informing about the payment, whereas when I consulted them for help they could not help.

Kindly advise as to how I can go about this matter and whether I should continue to pay the amount or not.

I feel like they are ripping me off and financially frustrating me.
