goods complaint

i made a purchase in December last year of a bed and friedge apon delivery the bed was damaged and the delivery guys told me to go to the store and explain to them of which i did the response i got from them was horible. i went back again a number of time without receiving any help. i also called the head office till today i haven't had a responce to top it all i dont have a bed to sleep in. im going to stop making payments till my problem is solved.
