Going Against POPI ACT

This is Directed to Lewis Mayfield square. A lady by the name of Amanda that works there, comes to my place of work, harassed 2 work colleagues, telling the one colleague about how she should be a mother and that must stop hiding me in company property, bare in mind I'm a driver, so I was not hiding, I was out driving, which has been explained to Amanda, but she didn't care. The most important issue I have is that Amanda from Lewis Mayfield square, went AGAINST POPI ACT and Amanda showed 2 work colleagues, my personal information, Amanda showed them what I have bought in detail, how much was the goods, showed my monthly installment, showed what I qualified for, showed my home address,my salary, whatever you could think off that was personal to me and Lewis stores Amanda showed them, at one point Amanda even handed them a letter to read my personal information when and where I purchased the goods. Imagine the embarrassment how I have felt, coming back to work , and people telling me how they were haressed and been question like they were in Interigated by this Amanda woman. My point being POPI ACT is a very serious matter and should be adhered to by South African Law. Amanda showed no remorse whatsoever, every company should know about POPI ACT. it's not an excuse. I hold Lewis Mayfield Square fully responsible for the embarrassment that has been caused upon me. And I'm in the process of going the Legal route to the Consumer Protection ACT (CPA) I hope I get a response to this, nether Amanda, Nancy ( The Manager) very very rude lady by the way and Lerato all Lewis employees does not get back to you in regards with POPI ACT. legal process are in place against the employees of Lewis Mayfield Square. We will be in touch. This is pathetic from Manager to staff. Come on, LEARN THAT GOING AGAINST POPI ACT IS A VERY SETIOS MATTER. I have tried several times to get hold of Lewis Head office no response. My only option was to go the legal route and ombudsman.
