Give back the goods or we stop your Sassa!!!???
The most horrific experience I have ever had in my life. I bought some items from Lewis Stores Vanderbijlpark in August 2020. They had no stock of sewing machines although they included this in my purchase. I received my goods and they were looking to obtain a sewing machine. After 2 months, and my installment being paid in full, I was informed that this item was no longer sold by Lewis Stores. This entailed that the contract had to be changed. I was called back and forth in order to resolve the matter. To my surprise, on 28/10/2020 their collection vehicle shows up at my doorstep to repossess my goods because according to them I did now not qualify for a purchase. When I said that this was unfair, I was threatened that they would contact Sassa and stop my Sassa grant if I did not voluntary give back the goods - this after qualifying for the purchase???? I am honestly shocked that this is the way customers are treated. I am even referred back to HQ to speak to Craig Hart because he authorized the repo? I am shocked that they are even still having customers? They are quick the first time round to help you but then treat you with such disrespect and utter disgust!!!
