**** gift calls

I received a gift call from Lewis Germiston on the 27th of March from number . The lady called from a number registered under Lewis and even when I search it shows it belongs to them. She claimed I had been listed to come collect a gift at their store. I explained that I was far but she insisted that I had to come and collect it by the 29th as this was a big and great gift. Imagine my dismay when I drove all the way on the 29th only to be told at first that they had no idea what I was talking about and then minutes later the lady who gives the gifts had left with the keys. I don't know what all that disappointing act was about but I didn't appreciate it at all mostly because I had mentioned that I live far but your store still INSISTED that I make that trip. Terrible disappointed at how you all wasted my time and money.
