After months of no feedback regarding my query, which included over six reference numbers from calls to the call center and visits to the store, I was finally contacted by Ntsako Mnisi, the Regional Accounts Manager for Beares 2 Gauteng region. She took the initiative to personally visit my home and address the matter, demonstrating a level of dedication and customer care that I deeply appreciate.

Today, I received the wonderful news that my claim has been successfully resolved, and I am incredibly grateful for her efforts. Her attitude and commitment to helping me were instrumental in reaching this solution.
