This is what I sent to Head Office and No Response...

Greetings to whom this may Concern... I got a Big Problem that effects my Source of income and I got 2 Baby's to feed due to Bad Management at Pretoria-North Mog

In Month If February I App**** for Credit at Lewis In Pretoria-North for a Laptop... I got Approved and Paid R700 Deposit... Wrong Delivery was Made and I went back to Lewis, They said they did not have my Specific Item in stock which I Required... Told the Lady that I want to cancel my Application, She said O.k and I asked if I should Sign any documents or anything I should do regarding the cancelation.. She said No and Told me she will Contact me with Regards to My Deposito Refund, I (My Wife Insisted) Asked her To please just write on my Contract that She Ecknolidges that I did return the item, due to Wrong Delivery... She did Write it down with date of return etc.... I Called her for 2 weeks non stop Regarding My Refund, She keeps on saying that they don't have cash in hand, so she can't refund me...

I then sent an email to Lewis Head office and Explained my Situation.... With in view days I received my refund... So I assume Everything is o.k and Cancelled...

Today I was Sepoused to make a Loan To Purchase a Swimming Pool Heat Pump (This Loan was Planned in December already) I'm a Swimming instructor and this is What I do for a Living, I was Sepoused to Purchase a Heat Pump today to Continue with my swim school during winter...

I already qualified for loan in January but decided to Finalise it as soon as the winter starts....

They Contacted me and Said.... I have Bad Credit at Lewis as I did Not Pay My installment...? I Cancelled my Purchase at Lewis on 13 February, Lewis sent me my Refund on 27 February... (After I had to do their work) how can this happen?

Mogadi (Managers at Pta-North Branch) did this Intensionally, as she Laughed at me the last time we spoke and Suggested I should get a Lawyer Regarding my Deposit Refund...

The fact that I can't purchase a Heat Pump for my Business has a BIG impact on my Life... People won't pay for lessons Cruz pool is not heated... I can't Pay the pool I'm renting, So will loose Source of income, Will Have time take my kids Out of school, Can't Buy Nappies or Food... Can't Buy Electricity, Won't be able to Pay rent... I'm the only source of income with No family to Help... This may lead to me loosing my kids...

I'm not Happy and will appreciate feedback Plzzz...

Mogadi from Lewis did not even Follow up or Contacted me Once since the day I Cancelled...

Please find Attached documents as proof of Refund from Lewis on 27 February and Also Writing in Blue from Mogadishu (Manager from Pta North Branch) confirms Receiving The Goods due to Wrong Delivery and date...
