My parents bought couches at Lewis last year only to find out that the condition of the are not in a good state, the complaint was then escalated to the store manager and an inspector was sent to evaluate the matter. the feedback was thereafter the store will send someone to come fetch the couches, even today they still sending someone. My parents are still paying as per contract agreement and waiting impatiently for the store to close the query.<br> <br> Your intervention will be much appreciated as the product is still under warranty.<br> <br> Kind regards <br> Thulani
