Furniture store

Monday last week i bought a 2 piece bedroom suite at Lewis in East London, it was a gift for my mother. I left the store with a promise that the furniture will be delivered midday Monday or Tuesday morning. Tuesday came and went nothing, Wednesday came and went still no furniture or so much as an update, I called on Wednesday to check the progress, i was told the furniture will be delivered on Thursday or Friday. I still waited and there was no call or a massage to update me. I called today and the lady told me someone will get back to me. I still haven't any update from the store and my furniture is still not delivered.. This is UNPROFESSIONAL and i wouldn't recommend anyone to these guys. Worst experience ever!
