furniture given out on my name without my concern (*****)

am not surprised at all this seem to be Lewis culture and they will never show any remorse or sign of acknowledgment and accountability. I have bought number of items on account ten years ago and all were fully paid and were surprised when my vehicle application was declined and report shows that I have R15000 arrears on the furniture bought on my name 2 years ago and I went to the store next to the Bethlehem police station and the lady by the name of moipone an apparent manager promised to assist me, she phoned her divisional manager who advised that I go do an affidavit at the police station and the it should be accompanied by the letters of demands I received from Lewis lawyers and I submitted all those, but to date i am being send from pillar to post and worse part is the sales lady who assisted the person to take furniture on my name is still working at that store and nothing is done am I am left stranded.
