Furniture delivered broken

Hi , I live in Liberty Grande, goodwood, Cape Town . I bought furniture from Best Buy and home parrow branch . Firstly they delivered the broken furniture and now every week they have excuse and not replacing it . Everytime I fix timing with them , then I keep waiting and finally receive the call they can only come at later time not at time we fixed . Very casual behavior of managers . Please replace my furniture urgently .
