Furious customer

Good day

As a valued customer of lewis Im very upset with them.My lounge was collected 3 weeks ago without any notice for repairs. Ive been phoning to the store in Voortrekking parow and no one can give me a answer. Pleass help help. My living room emty im sitting the floor is this tgmhe customer is being treated that have account of almost R40000 with u. I want it be sorted like yesterday. If not repaired properly i want a new set. Called the customer line already someone would've called back but no one did.
