****ED UP/BAD SERVICE

I went out on the 2nd of june to complain about my machine that is not spinning and the person I spoke to is Mapula. the shop is Eyethu orange farm. I would just like to express how greatly disappointed I am with this **** service they have been giving me, reason being my machine is still at my place and no where near being sorted. I have been waiting 2, almost 3 ****ing months for my machine to be fixed. i want this damn **** story fixed and soon, otherwise they will not be getting a damn cent from me or my husband! if this situation does not get resolved, i will demand a ****ing new damn machine or im going directly through to the retail ombudsman if this is not sorted out within the next 48hrs.
