Frustrated customer

I bought a wardrobe at Mams mall Lewis with a laybye,I am done with the payment 2 months ago and they promised me that they can deliver from Lebokwabo to Khureng in Limpopo but even today I haven't receive my wardrobe, they keep on telling me that they are busy with it and my problem is that they don't come back to me I am always going to them, I am always following them, don't know even now how much is going to cost me for delivery .I am not a happy customer at all and all I want is the wardrobe or money back because they clearly do not care about me
