Frustrated client

I'm am trying for days, to contact the Lewis Group by mail, telephone and by going to their outlets. It seems their customer care don't exist anymore and that their employees have difficulty finding out what I need to know. What I am trying to achieve, is to find out if I can buy with a Bears account from any of the other Lewis group shops, like Bradlows?
