From the store to the head office. No help at all.

Bought a queen size bed(152cm) from them 2 days ago. After measuring the bed base myself, it was only 151cm. Now they refuse to refund me because they say that they don't have money(I did not buy on credit). This bed is faulty and was not the size they said it was. They also don't want to refund my full amount because they said that the bed has been with me for 2 days. But they are the ones telling me they don't have money to refund me?? Or they will take the bed and only pay me when they have money??
