I bought a bed and bedroom suite from Lewis Sasolburg. The suite was defective and returned and the contract cancelled. The end of the month they tried putting through the debicheck!!! On a cancelled contract?? That dear Lewis is *****! The then harrassed me for payment on the new contract. Rocking up at my house every second day. I made payment and they promised to cancel the debicheck of the cancelled contract. See how I am bending backwards to accommodate. This morning the debicheck from the cancelled contract went through on my bank account once again. But you are quick to come and threaten me with repossession??? Do you even know the credit act? I am reporting this to the NCR and am on my way to open a case of ***** against Lewis Stores. From the beginning this was a disaster! My delivery after two days of purchase, then I had to wait a week to collect the returned items. Worst is the driver told me the branch manager said they must hurry and come get the stuff, I am going to move and run away with the stuff. You have gone too far, now we are going to play in the courts!
