********** account under my name

Good day<br> <br> I am detective constable Mahleza in the SAPS based in Mount Road CID, Port Elizabeth. I have received a case of ***** for investigation that was opened by Lewis store and the complainant being Mr C Notshulwana who alleged that numerous ********** accounts were opened and the suspects got away with the stock and the store suffered actual prejudice. Since this case was handed over to me I have requested the contract of agreements of the alleged ********** accounts from the complainant but I never received the documents nor the copies.<br> <br> I have visited Lewis stores that is the crime scene numerous times and have spoken to various people including the administrators that works with the contracts or storing of contracts. They could not find the original contract and I was told numerous times that I would be contacted when the contract is found but nothing came out of that. I was told during my second visit that the contract seem to be lost. Therefore the case was filed up until further information comes out.<br> The original contract is needed in this matter in order for me as the I/O (investigation officer) to also follow up on the handwriting specimens.
