********** account opened with Lewis

I've requested Lewis to investigate and close a ********** account that was opened under my name. I sent all the required documentation. Each time I call Lewis, I'm told that the person handling my case is otherwise engaged and they will call me back. I have not received a call from this person. I need this debt out of my credit profile. Please assist me.
