They deducted my whole salary and my bonus without permission out of my bankaccount. Contacted them numerous times but was put on hold or the phone was put off out of in my ear also contacted the head office in cape town the same poor service was given to me, the head office consultant revered me to go back to the branch in malmesbury with the reference number and documents which i did they send it through to head office but still no refund or response. I went back to the branch in malmesbury two days to ask the progress on my complaint but the person who assisted me was not available then i contacted the head office again and the same thing happened again after several times i finally had the opportunity to speak to someone who assisted me but they can deduct old mutual account but they cant put it back into my account the options they gave me was i should make a new bank account or use someone's elses bank account, this is just the warning to not make a debut order by Lewis stores in malmesbury
