I opened an account in Lewis store (kanyamazane branch) and I requested to take couches and the manager told me that the acc declined after he had created a debit order...a month passed then they started to deduct,I went to find out why then I was told that the problem is with their headquarters but they'll fix it but till to date they haven't and they still deducting monthly and made the debit order undisputed and know they are not willing to help me cancel everything and they even cancel my calls when trying to reach them.....need help please
