I have an account at Lewis stores in George( branch 205) and when I went to pay my account month end I was informed that I had a new instalment that I was supposed to pay. According to them I bought a bed that was never delivered and I never even signed the contract so I don't understand how it was invoiced . I went to the store to enquire about this but the manager did nothing and I think this is ***** and I am taking further actions as this is against any consumer law.
