Fix this Lewis

I need feedback of what exactly is going on with Lewis because I called customer care the consultant said they are busy with the Matter I will be called, but still today no one called and explained to me about this matter I have pro e that I did pay up the Lewis accounts. Lewis should stop with this because you all are ruling my name. Do I need to take further steps because we've been here before. I won't recommend even my worse enemy to this store, I just tell them that this store will keep you in debt forever. I paid youe account 5 months ago and now when I check my score it says I'm down with 65 points because of Errears with Lewis hows that even possible Is either your employee are not doing their job or Lewis like taking money n ruining people name. Fix this!
