FIX MY STOVE

So at the Lewis Branch ( Eldorado Park) I opened an account. I bought a stove (mini oven 28L Kelvinator) in June 2025. The big plate of the stove gave issues since day on. We have insurance on the stove and when we booked it in for the first two times they covered it and now again the big plate cought fire and we booked it in for repairs again. They had the stove for just under 3 weeks. When they returned the stove we were told that the store will log a claim. This was done , got a call back asking what happed, explained it then was sent a whatsapp to have pictures sent through. got a reply saying that they cannot acccept my claim because the stove is rusted. I mean seriously!? I am not claiming for the rust, I am claiming for the stove that is not working properly. I mean The big plate is not working and you telling me that I was negligent because the stove I had less than a year looked old and rusted. I had a similar product with a different name and that stove lasted me 4 years but this Kelvinator 28L mini oven is not the quality I was expecting.

I MEAN REALLY?! WHAT AM I PAYING INSURANCE FOR???? FIX IT DAMIT?
