Field agents harassing me

The accou t was behi d by three no the die to unemployment. My daughter paid for three no the to help and stopped paying. The field agents hen started harassing my daughter who's not the account holder. The field agents male and female came 3 to 4 times a day and started asking personal questions like how could we afford our tv if we cannot pay the account. They told my daughter why does she not pay my account since she works. I offered to pay R350 just to make some form of payment they refused to take the money and said they will not leave my money without the amount t they require. They eventually left as my daughter said she will come to the store the next day. As they left my house the female field agent shouted yeah, I will see her tomorrow in a rather threatening tone. The entire experience was disheartening. I want them to come get the furniture, I want nothing to do with Lewis store.

I made some typos, the account is behind for three months, my daughter paid then stopped paying. They harassed her as if she was the account holder. They traumatised me by the way they spoke to us, their body language and the overall experience did not make me feel like a valued customer. Asking about my mother and daughters finances and how we acquired our tv is unprofessional. The young lady was vulgar to a point my daughter too started shouting at her. The male field agent was sarcastic and laughed. One time in December they came to me and as we were talking, he realised he came to the wrong house, it was not my account in question but, my neighbour's account. That is a breach of the POPI act no? FIX THIS As it left a disdain in my mouth, the store in question is Lewis Parow Cape Town on Vorrtrekker Road.
