feedback on my previous review

After a very difficult, emotional long fight with the employees of Lewis stores I have come to find that there are indeed employees who value their customers, who value their company's policies and who are indeed professional, human beings. in my previous review I've explained what had happened to me and what my experience was like doing business with some of Lewis stores employees. Just after I've posted my previous review on hello peter, Shamima Jacobus (very professional, very polite) from Lewis stores management team contacted me and assisted me with my complaint. In less than two days the washing machine was eventually collected and within less than one week my monies were refunded to me. I cannot thank Shamima Jacobus enough for her swift response to my review/complaint, swift assistance with the utmost professionalism! Out of this whole ordeal I've learnt a valuable lesson, and I hope Lewis stores have too!
