Faulty washing machine and not getting assisted.

My name is Zomuso Mathenjwa, I bought a washing machine (Kelvinator KL17TT2 17 KG) late last year. I am still paying for it and its still under warranty. It has recently malfunctioned and when doing research I found two people who have the same machine and it's giving the same problem. It just spins and does not wash the clothes.

When trying to contact Lewis to get assistance, they say they will call me back and never do. I have been calling for the past month and still not getting assisted.

Please can you assist as I am running out of options.
