Faulty washing machine

Purchased a russel hobbs washing machine form Lewis stores in Claremont - 6 months ago. As the machine was not needed at the time, it went form the store to the storage unit. On fetching the machine last week, we discovered the following:<br> Washing machine was not in a box. It only had blue plastic around it.<br> It had not inlet pipes<br> It had no instruction manual<br> <br> On speaking to the sales person and the store manager, the following feedback as given: They are prepared to swap out the machine but suppliers look at date of purchase and not date of use. Every month the payments have been made. Swap out will take 14 days. Meantime, we are paying on a machine that we cannot use. <br> <br> The spinner makes a noise and does not work. We used the pipes form our old machine. We do not know how to use the machine as there is no instruction manual.
