faulty stove and bad service

My mother who is 68years old bought a stove at Lewis in Modimolle for R7000 in January but only started using it in March after the renovations at her home, a week later the inner glass in the stove oven burst as she was baking. She informed the store and they said they would come collect and replace the stove and this was before lockdown. No one contacted her after that, when she calls or goes there they always say they will inform the manager. Lockdown came, now the store is open, she called the store but the manager still does not speak to her and one of the consultants there told my mom to wait for level 2 but what if level2 is next year, they seem to be delaying time so the warranty can expire.

Please help.

Good day

Thank you so much.
Yes the matter has been resolved, thanks to the wonderful lady who had to assist all the way from Capetown customer service ( i would rate her 10/10 for her awesome service). She really did a wondeful job, as well as Mr Baloyi ( 10/10 the company needs more managers like you).
It's just dissapointing that the manager in Modimolle does not know how to engage with customers all she does is lie to customers, The matter could of been long resolved had she just done the right thing.

A big thank you Hellopeter :-)
