False putrescenc following bad attitudes and sales

Selling stuff on false pretenses. We bought with in 6 months cash sales. We paid three installments just to find out there is no 6 months Cash sale. The person just wanted to make a sale. The manager **** with him. We had trouble with the fridge and worked great with the old manager but the new one is like a boss lady cant even greet you!!! bad attitude screaming carrying on like a crazy person. I requested my money back and for them to come and remove the fridge and still nothing as they are refusing to pay my money back. The contract was torn-ed up and there is no contract. If this matter isn't handled today i will take this matter further. As Lewis store in Alberton lies and make you sign under false pretense. Lewis in Alberton has bad attitudes and should not work with people as they lie and are not helpful at all. I am sorry i even walked in the store. The more cross you get the more they laugh in your face the whole store you should be ashamed of your self sis!!!!!!
