FALSE INFORMATION At CREDIT BEREAU

Lewis Stores in Bellville-Cape Town need to be investigated. My account is uptodate no installment missed but at the Credit Bereau it reflects that I missed 2 payments in 2024 and 6 payments in 2025..One of the gentlements at the branch phoned me a few months ago asking in a very ***** way if my installment has gone off.. I told him I agreed to a Debi-check and my installment goes off every month why is he phoning to ask that is money be ****** or wat is going on??.. Cause if I take this to court for false accusations. I have proof which is my bank statement and the sms sent from Lewis to thank me for my installment. So how come my account has missed payments in 2024 and 2025 please fix your debit order system or investigate wat is going on at Lewis in Bellville - Cape Town.. Also fix your errors of false information of my Lewis account at credit bereau and make sure this does not happen again...or we will see each other in court cause I can't get anything on credit becoz of Lewis Stores.. If you call me also make sure calls are recorded cause I will record you for court purposes aswell.
