False advertising /poor quality material or furniture

This is the email that I wrote to Lewis 3days ago and did not even receive acknowledgement of my complaint.

Good Day I am writing this email with great disappointment and a broken heart with the quality of furniture lewis sells, i returned couches in 2018 and took new leather couches .The what was suppose to be leather couches started literally pealing off on all the couches, i mean these couches are not even 5 years old and this is happening,i am very angry and heavy hearted at the same time ,i settled this account last year .i have been a very loyal lewis customer and all my furniture was bought at lewis . At this moment i would never recommend my family or anyone to ever purchase couches at lewis because wow the quality and i paid a lot of money for such quality .Please look into this as i am really going to take this to the highest level .
