False Advertising

I saw an advert saying \same day delivery"and went to buy couches at Lewis on a certain Friday. Delivery was only made at around 17h00 on the following Monday.<br> <br> The sales people assured and reconfirmed to me that I should be at home that very Friday because the delivery van will arrive. It turned out to be an empty promise in the end. The same happened on the following day"
