Fale pretences on the 2 year extended warranty....

I bought a whole lot of items on account in 2017 which I took the 2 year extended warranty which I have been paying this fee every month up and till now.

My tv stop working which they came and collected the tv which was very quick.

Then I was told they can’t fix the tv I understand that the 1 year manufacturer’s guarantee has expired but my 2 year extended warranty will end in 2020.

which I then told the head office why have I been paying for a 2 year extended warranty from 2017 up and till now if I can’t make use of it which I told them to cancel the warranty as I will not pay for something that I can’t use.

(Please note in the contract and on Lewis website it says the following).

If a defect is discovered after the 1 year manufacturer’s guarantee expires, and you purchased a 2 year extended warranty from us, the terms of the extended warranty agreement will apply in respect of the repair or replacement of your goods.

which again lewis lies in black and white in their own terms.

I want my tv fixed or the 2 year extended warranty to be cancelled on the items and a refund for paying something from 2017 up and till now which was under false pretences........
