**** insurance

I urge everyone to becareful when considering buying from this store. I purchased a bedroom suite and dining set from them. Included in my monthly bill i pay R295 insurance which is 'suppose' to cover damage and theft. After 2 months of receiving the furniture the headboard collapsed. I called the store immediately who said that they would send a repair man. All he did was just put 2 planks to hold up the board. Wheres my insurance i asked??? They said no mam this is how we work. The drawers on the dresser started breaking they refuse to slide in eventually collapsing. I call lewis yet again, and same story a repair man comes n slide the draws in and says there u go its fixed. Nothing was replaced so the draws collapsed yet again. I called the store manager he refused me my insurance claim and said sorry this is how we work. So please Lewis explain why im paying R295 worth of insurance. You are robbing innocent people of hard earned money.
